A lawyer and accountant, Rafael Guidotti Noble has over 25 years’ experience in the tax area, with a solid background in direct and indirect taxes.
Before joining the firm’s team, he was a partner in a specialized law firm for over 8 years and worked for 17 years in the tax consultancy area of a Big Four firm, advising medium and large national and international clients.
He has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic solutions for the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, tobacco and metal-mechanics sectors, among others. Throughout his career, he has led projects aimed at reducing the tax burden, structuring tax incentives and benefits, tax compliance and compliance programs, as well as acting directly in monitoring inspections.
His career also includes strong ties to the academic field, having taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses since 2005, with an emphasis on Tax Management, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance (ESG). He is a collaborator of the IBGC’s Southern Chapter and the author of five books in the areas of accounting and controllership.
