With more than two decades of experience in tax and corporate law, with an emphasis on direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS and Cofins) in PwC (from trainee to partner) and at Brazilian and international multinationals (BRF and Whirlpool).
Extensive experience in identifying and implementing tax opportunities for large national and international companies, both in terms of corporate restructuring projects, R&D tax benefits, transfer pricing and PIS and Cofins credits, among others; and implementation of large tax compliance projects as auditor and consultant: tax assessment, preparation and review of ancillary obligations.
Representative of the technical group developing the Accounting and Tax Bookkeeping (ECF) and Digital Accounting Bookkeeping (ECD) programs for Abrasca (CANC) in “GT 48” of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (SERPRO) between 2014 and 2016.
Worked as director and technical partner for all of Brazil at PwC for approximately four years (2020 to 2024) and co-coordinator of Amcham’s Tax Efficiency Group on the subject of Tax Reform on Consumption from 2021 to January 2025.
She has spoken at various events open to the public through the New Perspectives Program run by PwC, APET, IBDT and GEDEC FGV, among others.
