Guilherme is a lawyer with a degree in Law from the Universidade Salesiana de Lorena (Unisal) and an accountant with a degree in Accounting from FIPECAFI. He has over 13 years of experience in the Tax Law field and in the accounting and tax area. He has worked in top-end companies with high levels of demands throughout Brazil, focusing on the main taxes such as IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS and Transfer Pricing within each organization. Among his experiences, he has had six years at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) in the area of direct taxes, and also worked for five years with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for accounting, tax and payroll in some main companies in Brazil.
