Eduardo has been working in the area for over 10 years and built his career developing projects focused on direct and indirect taxes, serving companies of all sizes, including large multinational groups.
Currently, he is a Director at Simões Pires, where he coordinates a broad portfolio of clients in sectors such as retail, industry, energy, infrastructure, and food & beverages. His work ranges from tax planning and optimization to compliance.
Throughout his career, he held leadership positions at Big4 companies, accumulating relevant experience in M&A projects (due diligence and corporate reorganizations), international taxation, transfer pricing, and topics related to the Tax Reform, closely monitoring the impacts and opportunities arising from the transition to the new system for companies in different segments.
