With over 19 years of professional experience, Bianca is part of the Innovation and Development Directorate at Simões Pires, combining legal rigor with a strategic business vision.

A lawyer and specialist in Strategic Management of Technological Innovation, she made a solid transition to the business area more than 13 years ago, becoming a reference in the application of the “Lei do Bem” (Brazilian Innovation Law). Her work stands out for identifying opportunities for development and financial leverage, encompassing financial and tax incentives, as well as experience in analyzing the establishment of ICTs (Scientific, Technological and Innovation Institutions), structuring open innovation and intrapreneurship programs, and providing strategic consulting support to companies seeking market recognition through innovation awards.
